A gallery from our visit to Morocco this autumn. Among the hightlights are: the High Atlas with the highest peak in northern Africa Djebel Toubkal 4167m, Marrakech with its famous Djemaa El Fna, Todhra gorge and its palmery, Erg Chebbi – a real sand desert, Fes – the oldest medieval muslim town today, blue Chefchauen – the home of kif, and Essaouira.

The guts of a fallen tree
Unusually warm autumn gives more time for strolling about and taking pictures. The great lazy weather makes me try my tripod and new Heliopan circular polarizer on my Canon 17-40 F4L. A funny thing about using excessive gear is that you also start to pay more attention to things that matter, like composition. Enjoy!
